We take great care when packing and shipping your items so that they arrive in the perfect condition.However, in the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect item, or an item that is damaged during transit, please send an email to hello@thenoblewick.co.uk with a photograph of the damaged or incorrect item.
If the damaged item is still in stock, we will send you a replacement. However, if the item is out of stock, we will process a refund as soon as possible.
If for some reason, you changed your mind or are unhappy with the product received, we will happily refund the cost of that item provided that you return it to us in its original condition. Unless you are returning damaged or incorrect items, we are unable to cover the return costs.
